What role will you play?
You will have the opportunity to support the implementation and development of the risk strategy for the public markets business in Macquarie Asset Management, covering Equities & Multi-asset, Fixed Income and Leveraged Credit. Our Risk team supports the business in providing risk guidance on new products, business initiatives and implementing a strong risk management framework, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of critical risk controls of the business.

You will be integral in the Americas Operational Risk function and provide support to Senior Leadership in managing and monitoring Macquarie's risk framework. You will help manage the design and delivery of the Risk controls assurance program, portfolio of projects, incident management, and implementation of overall operational risk management framework elements.
What you offer
- At least seven years' experience developing and / or executing non-financial risk management frameworks
- Strong understanding of business control environments and technology through prior risk management or equivalent roles.
- Senior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with senior leaders
- The ability to develop and contribute thought leadership in the delivery of risk insights
