What role will you play?

You will be responsible for managing portfolio-wide financial and impact tracking and reporting, supporting Macquarie Group Foundation Social Impact Investment investee partners.

You will also be responsible for connecting and collaborating with leading organizations in the impact investing and philanthropic fields, and identifying new partnerships and pipeline opportunities, in locations around the world and in collaboration with the Social Impact Investing team.

You will proactively analyze and track MGF SII investment portfolio performance, including investee partner financials. Additionally, you will provide tailored partner support, identifying and meeting individual investee needs, such as designing and executing capacity building initiatives, strategic communications and strengthening governance.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 - 150,000 /Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Experience in impact investing or an adjacent field such as venture capital, venture philanthropy, private equity, community development financing, fund investments, social enterprise development, investment banking, consulting, and/or private debt.
  • 4+ years of work experience with an MBA or Master's degree in a similar field.
  • Comfort working with and drawing insights from financial data and models
  • A demonstrated interest in supporting our local communities
