What role will you play?
In this role, you will work as part of the team originating transactions with clients. You will be responsible for preparing presentations and term sheets (proposals) to clients about financing structures; understanding credit risk and forms to mitigate it; working on legal documents, understanding legal structures and how to build robust legal agreements that protect the involved parties.
What you offer:
• Student of Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineer, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines, graduating at the end of 2025 or later.
• Fluent in English and native in Portuguese. Spanish or another foreign language is a plus.
• Strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Focus and strong attention to details paired with strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
• Prior experience in banking, derivatives, trade financing, lending, sales, procurement, law firms, accounting, rating agencies, commodities, or other related area is preferred.
Resume in English preferred.
