We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with 3–7 years of client-facing experience in the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) industry to maintain and grow relationships with our existing Small to Mid-Market clients. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications
- Understand client goals and proactively suggest solutions
- Partner with internal teams to fulfill client needs
- Deliver regular account updates and performance reports
- Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with business goals
- Track industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities
- Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and innovations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Must have 3–7 years of client-facing experience in the Architecture & Engineering industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Gong
- History of meeting/exceeding sales targets and client success metrics
- Knowledge of market and industry trends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally up to 10%
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with Autodesk, Bluebeam, ESRI, or other AECO software
- Background in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
Compensation: Base Salary: $70K–$90K. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115K–$140K
