Why Lytx:

Lytx is seeking a web designer to create impactful digital experiences that are intuitive, functional, and innovative. This is a key role in elevating and maintaining a best-in-class digital presence for a global technology leader. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual web design and a deep understanding of the latest UI/UX technologies, trends, and best practices.

This designer is skilled in brand and product storytelling in digital spaces while simultaneously advocating for the user. They'll work with both internal teams and external agencies to interpret needs, objectives, and direction to design web experiences that meet brand standards and help achieve business goals. This designer will also build and upkeep a digital component library as part of our design system to uphold the Lytx brand at every digital touchpoint.

You'll Get To:
  • Design and create web assets for a corporate website and other digital properties
  • Conceptualize layouts/components ensuring best practices in usability, conversion optimization, and web accessibility
  • Generate UX and design documentation including comps, user flows, prototypes, annotations and specs
  • Publish and maintain a component library to streamline workflows and uphold design/development standards
  • Work with developers and user acceptance teams to ensure flawless, consistent execution of visual design
  • Work alongside the brand and creative team to ensure that the Lytx brand voice is expressed with impact and clarity across the digital ecosystem
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences' digital buying journeys and help identify optimization opportunities alongside the digital marketing team - through A/B or multi-variate testing, usability studies, UX research, latest web design trends, and more
  • Help identify potential website updates and initiatives based on the latest web design and development trends and the competitive landscape
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant focus, such as web design, user experience design, or graphic design; 5+ years experience as a web designer with a focus on marketing-related projects
  • Experience designing, organizing, and distributing component libraries
  • Proficient with design platforms such as Figma, Sketch, Invision Studio, Adobe XD
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS, and web development tools to facilitate effective collaboration with developers
  • Inspired by experimentation and growth-driven design
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of UI/UX principles and trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS a plus
  • Experience with Kentico a plus

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$107,000.00 - $135,000.00
