Why Lytx:
The People Coach is a key member of the Lytx People team focused on making Lytx a better place for all employees. Reporting into the Sr. Manager of People, this role works directly with leaders and employees to provide performance coaching, counsel, and support. They will partner across various teams to improve processes, develop trainings, and coach leaders while using data to drive people and business decisions.
What you'll do:
- Engage as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to coach employees and people leaders on sensitive work-related issues such as conflict resolution, performance management, interpretation of company policy, culture and values and career development.
- Coach and mentor people leaders on day-to-day employee opportunities and challenges to not only resolve the issue but also build people leader capability.
- Be a point of contact for employees to bring concerns or ideas about how workplace, environment, culture and other important complex issues.
- Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and procedures to maximize harmony, employee performance and organizational effectiveness to improve the employee lifecycle experience, and ensure legal compliance.
- Analyze data, understand trends and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives and a productive and harmonious environment.
- Coach and mentor people leaders on day-to-day challenges, including how to leverage localized guidelines and customs.
- Support the termination process by coaching leaders, providing talking points and tools.
- Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as the need arises.

- 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner/ Generalist in a Multi-National Corporation
- A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and exert positive influence.
- Experience supporting employee relations investigations and providing resolution for complex and highly sensitive employee issues
- Comfortable in an environment with changing priorities and evolving processes and systems.
- Open to new ideas and committed to continued learning and personal development.
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment while developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to use sound judgment to problem solve, make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.
- Displays the highest commitment to customer service and maintaining an outstanding employee experience
