Your Impact

Manual. This role will be instrumental in standardizing construction processes, ensuring best practices, and aligning project delivery with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction project management, a strong understanding of industry standards, and the ability to translate complex operational procedures into practical documentation.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning, development, and authorship of the Construction Project Management Manual.
  • Collect and synthesize information from internal stakeholders, project managers, contractors, and regulatory sources.
  • Document end-to-end construction project workflows including planning, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, quality control, and closeout.
  • Ensure content is clearly structured, consistent, and aligned with both company standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, legal, procurement, facilities, and safety to gather insights and verify procedures.
  • Develop standardized templates, checklists, and guidelines to support repeatable project execution.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in current processes and recommend practical improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
  • Foundational understanding of construction project phases, scheduling, permitting, or site coordination (can include academic coursework, internships, or project-based learning).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize complex information clearly and concisely.
