Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to perform maintenance tasks and oversee and supervise contracted facilities services. This includes responsibility for the planning, safety, coordination and execution of various projects that fall under the core functions of Facility Maintenance. This role is critical to monitoring contracted services performance.

What You Will Do

  • Conducts regularly scheduled inspection with contracted services such as landscaping and janitorial services
  • Supervises routine maintenance on critical facilities components such as UPS and other electrical systems
  • Maintains HVAC equipment, performs general maintenance repairs, and repairs electrical and lighting issues
  • Responds on-site to address any facility related emergencies and must be able to be on call 24/7
  • Maintains constant awareness on the condition of the property throughout the campus, identifying non-functioning equipment, safety hazards and quality of service provided by outside contracted services
  • Performs building inspections on a regular basis, notifies the management team upon finding a hazardous situation
  • Maintains accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, works in progress, reports, etc.
  • Contributes to keeping budget variances at a minimum by identifying and providing cost-saving suggestions to manager
  • Performs and implements preventative maintenance, schedules and tasks
  • Ensures facility complies with EPA, OSHA, ASRAE and local city/county codes

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and 7 Years HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical repair experience
  • Maintenance or construction experience
  • 5 Years Managing contracted services
  • 5 Years Building Automation System experience
  • Construction management experience
