The role leads the efforts in the Pro Sales Enablement & Operations team to drive Sales Enablement initiatives through training strategies, sales analysis, and technology to deliver on the overall Pro Sales strategy and execution. This role is accountable for the development and execution of strategic plans to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the salesforce. Leveraging this framework, this role works cross-functionally with all Sales Leaders and support functions to deliver business and customer satisfaction objectives This senior director accomplishes these responsibilities through the effective management and development of a team of experienced directors, managers, program managers, and analysts. This team executes across multiple cross functional work teams to deliver the strategic and functional initiatives on time and meet expected financial and operation benefits defined by the strategy.

What You Will Do
- Drives the execution of sales enablement initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs; analyzing resources, costs, and forecasts, and incorporating them into business plans; obtaining and distributing resources; setting standards and measuring progress; removing obstacles that impact salesforce performance; guiding performance and developing contingency plans accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze business processes driving operational efficiencies and lead the implementation of process improvement/change
- Responsible for execution of strategic, functional, and BAU Pro Sales Enablement and Operations initiatives through leadership of team and multiple stakeholders
- Views and assesses the Pro Sales growth portfolio through the lens of Lowe's strategic and financial objectives to develop and manage short and long term sales enablement and operations strategy
- Implement the development, delivery, and training of effective sales methodology by Field Sales roles in collaboration with Sales leaders
- Uses data to identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement programs to increase operational efficiency. Proactively identifies opportunities for process automation or elimination.
- Leads a team of direct reports, completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of a highly functioning team, including responsibility of recruiting, hiring, development and performance of team members

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree General Education/Business and 10+ Years Experience developing and implementing sales enablement and operations initiatives for field salesforces, data analytics, and performance reporting Experience in retail, a plus
- 5-7 Years Experience with leading a team with an emphasis on development, accountability, and delivering business results
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master's Degree General Education/Business and 3-5 Years Experience leading a large scale salesforce transformation effort Experience working in a Fortune 500 corporate environment, Omni-channel retail preferred
