Sr Director - Performance Marketing

Lowe's is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital channels across our omnichannel ecosystem. This high impact role will drive measurable business outcomes-customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue-through performance-driven marketing initiatives that align with our broader brand and media strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary and data-driven leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, retail media, and omnichannel customer journeys with a focus on driving results. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment and will play a key leadership role in the transformation of Lowe's performance media and marketing approach.
What You Will Do
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Architect and execute a comprehensive strategy for all paid performance channels, including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging platforms, ensuring seamless integration with broader media and business goals.
- Revenue Growth & Contribution: Maximize omnichannel revenue contribution by leveraging data-driven targeting, segmentation, and personalized marketing efforts. Translate media investments into profitable growth across online and in-store channels.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of U.S.-based and off-shore performance marketing professionals. Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Ensure alignment across time zones and functions to maintain operational excellence and campaign continuity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with media planning, media agency, brand, digital (lowes.com), merchandising, CRM, analytics, and store operations teams to create omnichannel strategies that support business growth.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Implement test-and-learn strategies, optimize campaigns using advanced analytics, and enhance measurement practices (e.g., attribution models, incrementality testing) to drive efficiency and impact.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage multi-million dollar performance marketing budgets and external agency/partner relationships to maximize ROI.
- Marketing Technology Stewardship: Leverage enterprise-grade tools and platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to power campaign execution and insights.
- Executive Communication: Present performance insights, strategic updates, and business recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
• 11-15 Years Progressive Marketing experience
• 10+ Years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in digital/performance marketing leadership roles
• 8-10 Years of experience leading teams
• 8-10 Years of experience in omnichannel or retail media marketing
• Proven track record of leading large-scale performance marketing efforts in complex enterprise environments
• Experience in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, affiliate networks)
• Strong financial and analytical acumen; fluency in KPIs, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
• Experience managing global teams to drive results across multiple geographies and time zones
Preferred Skills/Education
• Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in Fortune 200 companies or similarly scaled global organizations
