Your Impact
The Sr Analyst- Growth Insights is a strategic contributor on the Retail Media team, responsible for leading high-impact analytics and insights initiatives that uncover actionable customer, category, and seasonal trends. This role is pivotal in identifying growth opportunities that benefit both Lowe's and its key vendor partners. Blending customer-centric analysis with marketing effectiveness, the Senior Analyst will craft compelling, data-driven narratives that support external vendor sales engagements, inform strategic media planning, and guide enterprise marketing decisions. You will leverage advanced analytics methodologies-such as clustering, seasonality modeling, and new-to-brand analysis-to surface untapped revenue potential and help vendor partners "money map" new paths to growth through Lowe's. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling through data, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your insights will elevate Lowe's as a uniquely valuable and strategic retail media partner.

What You Will Do

  • Uncover and activate sellable insights related to seasonal trends, customer audiences, and product categories.
  • Develop innovative, external-facing collateral that highlights Lowe's strategic customer initiatives and positions the company as a leader in home improvement and retail media.
  • Identify sales opportunity clusters and crafting data-driven pitch recommendations to support the growth of Lowe's Media Network.
  • Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources, leveraging visualization best practices to deliver compelling, actionable insights that drive vendor engagement.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align research efforts with strategic enterprise initiatives, ensuring the customer remains at the center of decision-making.
  • Research design and execution, using advanced statistical techniques and customer modeling to derive insights.
  • Generate and communicate actionable category-level insights to guide media strategy, creative development, and audience targeting.
  • Apply statistical and methodological principles with minimal guidance to ensure high-quality, data-driven outputs.
  • Combine findings from multiple research projects into strategic insights that support business growth and share recommendations with senior leadership, including Directors and VPs.
  • Engage with suppliers and third-party vendors to integrate best-in-class research techniques into Lowe's insights capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative or related field and 5 Years of general Marketing experience
  • 3-5 Years Experience in market research or other customer insights field
  • 3-5 Years Working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)
  • 1-2 Years Proven business impact

Preferred Skills/Education

  • Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Master's in Marketing Research)
  • Experience working in a retail environment

Pay Range: $72,400.00 - $120,900.00 annually
