Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to support the production of product content, as part of the Product Content Studio team, that aligns with the strategy outlined by the Manager of Product Content Operations. The Studio Specialist, Operations will support the Studio by ensuring all project operation details are covered and project is ready to be executed. This will include set construction, set finishing, clean-up, set organization, sample preparation, photography assistance and any other Operations tasks that are as needed. The Studio Specialist, Operations role is crucial in assuring that

the sets are properly staged and ready for shooting as scheduling dictates. This role will have responsibility for meeting production deadlines and adhering to Product Content processes.

What you will do
• Executes daily set operations and logistics to aid in production to ensure high-quality images and video for use in marketing, digital, broadcast, e-commerce, and social media.
• Assists in following detailed drawings and blueprints to construct and finish accurate photography sets on time and as needed before, during and after shoots.
• Under direction of Creative and/or Photographers, assist in the styling and prop placement in preparation for photography shoots.
• Collaborates with all enterprise teams including Branding, Marketing, Advertising, Packaging and Online to understand the set preparation needs and workflows necessary to deliver on time projects.
• Maintains an organized and efficient workflow to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversees the maintenance and organization of operations related equipment and studio space.
• Supports Photography/Video teams in order to complete projects as efficiently and on time as possible.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent functional experience in lieu of degree or equivalent experience
• 2 Years experience in a commercial or preferably commercial retail studio
• Experience in commercial photography set construction
