Your Impact:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the contest and incentive administration functions within Field Compensation. This includes responsibility for ongoing review of processes and team adherence to process, working with accounting on forecasting/accruals, calculating pay for assigned plans, overseeing the contest intake and approval processes as well as working with cross-functional partners to deliver for the business. This role is critical to Lowe's as it gives guidance, direction, and advice on many of the work activities affecting
employee engagement, retention, and the long-term success of Lowe's.
What You Will Do:
• Serves as a key advisor to HRBPs and business leaders for assigned areas to design and deliver compensation programs and practices that ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and drive appropriate behaviors that link pay and performance.

• Develops strong partnership with HR and business leaders to gain in-depth knowledge of business lines and deliver compensation solutions that meet business needs.
• Supports the oversight of job leveling and pricing to ensure consistency through peer review/alignment meetings.
• Leads the incentive and contest design processes including ongoing reviews and process updates to ensure an efficient and effective process that delivers business results.
• Partners with cross-functional peers to assist in plan automation (HRIS/HRIT) and accrual updates (finance).
• Oversees and ensures timely resolution of associate compensation inquiries, involving legal review when necessary and maintaining adherence to SLAs.
• Ensures compensation programs comply with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
• Serves as the subject matter expert on cross-functional teams and supports the broader Field Compensation team by supporting the development of executive presentations when needed.
• Owns and drives the implementation of programs and processes in Field Compensation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Provides leadership and direct management to compensation analysts, ensuring high performance, professional development, and effective execution of incentive and contest administration.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, or related field
• 8 years general experience with 5 years of experience in field compensation
• 3+ years of experience leading direct or indirect reports
• Experience dealing with confidential information.
• Experience training/mentoring individual team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
• 5-7 Years Experience working in field compensation with a focus on incentive administration.
• Experience managing others in a team environment.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
