Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to support all the facility needs and to maintain the daily operations of the facility. This includes responsibility for shipping and receiving product as well as scheduling vendors to set product for line reviews. This role is critical to Lowe's as it maintains the Planogram facility to its world class standard.

What You Will Do

  • The Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) performs merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards through the LDC Scheduling tool and guidance of the Merchandising Service Supervisor.
  • Analyzes metrics and provide feedback on project execution on test sets and product service to leadership, Store Environment, Deployment Planning and MST field execution.
  • Maintains all current sets within the LDC and Store #6100 which will involve replacing light bulbs in working displays, dusting and cleaning of all displays, signage and product.
  • Perform full sets of product categories in the Lowes Zones for merchandising, Store environment and executive reviews and collaborations, being available for set changes from executive feedback.
  • Build relationships with vendor partners by providing product setup, checking to ensure merchandise setup's and completed in a timely manner in all Vendor Rooms, Lowes Zone and Store #6100 for Merchant/Vendor Reviews.
  • Collaborates with the Merchandising Service Supervisor communicating project priorities, scheduling and project needs (e.g., materials, supplies, time).
  • Keeping all aisles clear with in the LDC removing all trash, place cardboard in the bailer and move plastic wrap and other debris to the compactor.
  • Maintain general housekeeping in all work areas with in the LDC as far as Vendor Rooms, Lowes Zones, Store #6100 and all drives aisles throughout the LDC.
  • Be available at all times to assists our customer base (Vendors & Business partners); understand their needs, understanding where they need to be within the facility and escorting them to their designated area within the LDC.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • 1 Year Entry job
