The Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving omni-channel engagement and retention strategies specifically tailored to Lowe's Pro customer segments. This role is embedded within agile marketing cross-functional teams focused on rapid execution and iteration. This role shapes how Pro customers interact with Lowe's across digital and physical touchpoints.

What You Will Do
• Oversee Customer Collaborates with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies for specific customer subsegments.
• Operationalize customer journeys across owned channels (e.g., dotcom, in-store, email/app) and paid media in partnership with the media team.
• Ensure team serve as the marketing lead within agile PODs focused on Pro customer segments.
• Ensure team Translate business goals into actionable marketing briefs and campaign strategies
• Align marketing efforts with sales, merchandising, and customer insights teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Monitor Data-Driven Insights: Leverage customer data and analytics to identify trends, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns.
• Partner with merchandising, IT, finance, supply chain, and Pro Services to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Track KPIs and continuously refine strategies through test-learn-scale methodologies.
• Develop and optimize omni-channel journeys across email, app, POS, digital, and paid media
• Leverage customer data and analytics to personalize messaging and improve conversion
• Identify growth opportunities within known and unknown customer segments.
• Lead the team with recommendations, forward thinking and innovation strategic thought.
• Partner with brand marketing, media, IT, finance, and Pro Services to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Facilitate rapid test-learn-scale cycles to refine messaging and creative assets.
• Ensure alignment between POD initiatives and broader brand and business priorities.
• Monitor KPIs including engagement, sales lift, and margin impact.
• Use advanced analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Report campaign performance and insights to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 Years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in retail or B2B environments or related field.
• 3-5 Years proven leadership in senior-level marketing roles, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Strong background in loyalty marketing, event marketing, and e-commerce.
• Expertise in data analysis, customer segmentation, and omni-channel strategy.
• Experience working in agile PODs or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with customer data platforms.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Skills/Education
• Experience marketing to professional audiences (e.g., contractors, facilities managers).
• Familiarity with Lowe's brand, Pro customer segments, and omni-channel retail.
• Background in loyalty marketing, CRM, or personalization strategies.
