Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional architecture and design initiatives by resolving complex business and technical problems, simplifying processes, optimizing performance, and removing bottlenecks across portfolios.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, flexible, and maintainable enterprise solutions leveraging Search API, Spring Boot, Java 17, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Python, and Google Cloud while ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Own high-impact projects end-to-end, providing input on planning, estimates, and priorities, while advising and guiding Software Engineers on best practices and solution delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members across all phases of the software development lifecycle, sharing expertise in methodologies, policies, standards, and controls to elevate technical excellence.
- Support SIT and UAT for large-scale application initiatives, ensuring proper test coverage, clear communication of architecture changes, and resolution of escalated issues.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in software development or related field
- 6 years of experience in any of the following: software engineering competencies frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware (microservices and APIs), database technologies, DevOps
- 6 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development lifecycles through iterative agile development
Preferred Skills/ Experience

- Master's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment, developing and implementing business systems within an organization, and working with source code control systems
- 6 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library framework, defect or incident tracking software, web services, and application and integration middleware
- 6 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
- 6 years of experience working with three or more of the following: continuous integration/continuous deployment tools, frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware, database technologies, DevOps
- 4 years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports

Pay Range: $111,600.00 - $212,000.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
