EVP Administrative Assistant
Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to one of our Executive Vice Presidents. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, sound judgment, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the EVP, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages time sensitive and confidential materials, creating and preparing correspondence to ensure timely production of itineraries, memos, letters, emails and presentations (for executive staff)
• Assists with the organization of paper and electronic filing systems to ensure company compliance
• Schedules appointments and organizes / coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences, including preparing materials and providing logistical support such as room reservations, ordering food, etc.
• Assists with organizing and directing the responses for customer and associate concerns
• Answers and screens all incoming calls, handles caller inquiries where possible, re-directs calls as appropriate and takes messages as needed
• Greets, assists and/or directs visitors, vendors and the general public by employing a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times
• Assists with coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
• Manages confidential and general correspondence, personal information and corporate documentation
