What You Will Do
• Hire and manage a team in charge of accounts across key "Total Home categories to drive and exceed seller revenue growth goals. Coach the team to develop a consultative selling approach, clear communication, and problem-solving mindset, and utilize data to drive actionable insights.
• Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and working teams, to develop business plans. Understand sellers' goals, decision-making processes, and success metrics.
• Partner with the business development teams through the onboarding process for new strategic sellers and develop initial targets and action plans that accelerate item setup and improve offer quality and discoverability.
• Champion and evangelize the platform and its evolving capabilities to prospective sellers. Drive awareness and adoption of new seller services. Attend trade shows and external events to generate new partner opportunities.
• Listen to seller feedback, challenges, and needs. Partner with cross-functional teams in conjunction with the seller experience team to continuously improve the platform and experience.
• Coach the team to develop their careers, identify and promote talent, and manage the team to deliver results.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 10+ years' experience in business management, supply chain, ecommerce, marketing, omnichannel, or merchandising
• 6+ years of experience in seller management, digital merchandising, brand performance management, or assortment planning
• 6+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
• 5 years of experience leading and scaling large teams

Pay Range: $126,900.00 - $211,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
