The Director of Digital Commerce will lead a team, within assigned area of strategic focus, ensuring that the platform is always ready to support business operations, while ensuring a seamless customer experience for the Do-It-Yourself and Pro customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Director is responsible for developing processes and identifying the best tools to maximize productivity derived from both global and self-identified initiatives.
  • This role will have end-to-end ownership of business operations and/or site readiness in digital ecommerce channels with partnerships that may include strategic suppliers, IT, marketing, other segments of digital commerce operations, analytics, category optimization, brand advocates, and merchandising.
  • This role will draw on operations experience, managing workflow across the entire team, own and author business reviews of the team processes, while managing priorities against customer and associate impact to deliver results.
  • This leader will drive synergies between the various functions of their team as well as external stakeholders, with specific focus on key cross-functional partners at the senior leadership level to gain alignment on planned initiatives and ensure mid- to long-term strategies and tactics are being supported and engaged within the digital channel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in 2 or more of the following: user experience, creative design, project management, product management, business analysis, program management, retail merchandising, online or product marketing
  • 6 years of demonstrated delivery of business results and people leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, user experience, retail operations, or related field

Preferred Skills/Education

  • Master's Degree MBA or equivalent advanced field
  • 5 years of retail, online, and/or ecommerce experience

Pay Range: $126,900.00 - $211,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
