Your Impact
The Analyst, Customer Health will play a critical role in helping Lowe's better understand and serve its customers. This role supports the Sr. Manager of Customer Health in deriving actionable insights from customer data to drive business strategies. The Analyst will be responsible for data analysis and visualization, incrementality measurement, and executive-level reporting. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and the ability to translate findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
What You Will Do
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze customer data from enterprise databases.
- Develop Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights to marketing and business partners.
- Identify drivers of customer behavior using descriptive models.
- Build customer segments using supervised and unsupervised classification models.
- Deliver insights through briefs and PowerPoint presentations to guide executive decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analysis aligns with strategic goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business, or related field 3-4 Years General professional work experience or equivalent experience
- 2 Years Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint) and Spend Management systems
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience with Python or other programming languages for data analysis
- Experience in retail, consumer insights, or customer behavior analysis
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
