Seasonal Assistant Stage Manager

You'll be a fit if you bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a stage management role, or equivalent experience.
• The ability to demonstrate resilience and professionalism during high profile events with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Strong project management skills with an organized, self-motivated approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing union labor.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and via email/digital communication mediums.

You'll be a great fit if you bring:

• Experience working within an outdoor festival environment.
• Familiarity with backline and live music performance.
