Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Programming, the Artist Residency Manager will focus on program design, management, development, and facilitate implementation of the Collider Fellowship and Artist in Residence program. In this role, the Artist Residency Manager will plan, organize, and manage a robust fellowship experience for an annual nine-month residency with Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and serve as the main staff point of contact for two year-round Artists-in-Residence. The Artist Residency Manager will manage the project budget, schedule, and operations.

- Work closely with Vice President, Programming to develop and deliver the marquee incubator program & associated projects, and to successfully conclude projects and initiatives stemming from the inaugural Collider cohort
- Represent Collider in conversations and presentations with internal and external stakeholders
- Create the annual Collider program itinerary, including an onboarding week, cohort dinners, and social events connecting Fellows with each other throughout the residency.
- Create and maintain project timelines, progress trackers, metrics & KPIs documents, etc.
- Maintain digital systems and processes tracking Collider applications and program participation
- Manage budgets for Collider, including reforecasting, tracking, reporting, arranging Fellow reimbursements and managing their research fund spending, etc.
- Manage multiple project timelines via project management platforms such as Monday.com
- Attend and oversee producing of off-site events associated with Collider and Collider industry partners as assigned.
- Manage the Collider cohort launch as it relates to the application and nomination form preparation, scheduling, and venue booking.
- Support pipeline development by maintaining diverse networks of artists, educators, technologists, and thought leaders in the immersive and art + technology fields.
- In coordination with the Vice President, create and develop relationships with other arts and tech organizations, fostering collaboration and network opportunities for LCPA and the Fellows.
- Support the creation of a Collider network of alumni and current program participants, planning and facilitating the producing of events geared towards continued connection between Fellows and LCPA.
- Meet regularly with Advancement & Innovation (A&I) partners to share Fellowship updates for gift reporting and select funder relationship management. Work with A&I to create funding proposals, collecting relevant internal and external data to support fundraising pitches and planning. Integrate A&I into dinners and social events for cohort as appropriate.
- Manage contracts and offer letters for Collider, including working with Legal for markups and revisions to ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner.
- Work with General Management and Venue Sales in securing on-campus rehearsal and studio space for Collider participants as needed.
- In collaboration with assigned Line Producers, work with Production Management and General Management to oversee producing on-site Open Sessions.
- Work with Communications to craft public storytelling around the Collider program, including engaging a seasonal consultant to create an annual report on the Fellowship.
- Artist in Residence Program (AiR)
- Support Programming Senior leadership in drafting and administering selection process for AiR cohort.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders in facilitating internal AiR activities (including facilitating Artist appearances related to fundraising, Programming and interdepartmental meetings collaborations, Resident Arts Organization collaborations, and org-wide briefings)
- In collaboration with assigned Line Producers, monitor and supervise AiR-curated public performances to ensure that budgetary decisions meet fiduciary responsibilities of LCPA.
- Develop and oversee producing of AiR special projects not related to LCPA public programs, including tracking and overseeing AiR residency project budgets.
- Maintain digital systems and processes tracking AiR program participation.
- Other possible duties and projects may include:
- Immersive and Art + Tech landscape analyses and briefings for VP, Chief Artistic Officer, and President.
- Programmatic and artist research, including attendance at events presented by peer institutions as well as performances/viewings of prospective artists

You'll Be A Fit If You Bring: Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience Qualifications
- 4-6 years Administrative experience in an arts non-profit setting
- Strong knowledge of Artists' needs and respect for the creative process
- Experience managing and working directly with Artists
- Strong and precise project and task management skills
- Data management and collection
- Ability to make thoughtful presentations and support the development of the residencies in collaboration with the Fundraising team
Ideal Candidates Will Bring:
- Knowledge and experience working with AR, VR, and XR technologies
- A personal network within the Art + Technology industry
- Experience managing small-to-medium-sized staffs
