Center for Hope provides a path to recovery for survivors of domestic violence, many of whom live with challenges like depression or mental illness, through the LifeBridge Health DOVE Program, available to help victims around the clock.
JOB SUMMARY:- The Domestic Violence Program Manager is responsible for all program operations and staff.
- Works to provide services to victims of domestic violence while supporting the mission of Center for Hope by building partnerships, serving on local and statewide coalitions, and maintaining relationships within the surrounding community.
- Ensures the program is fully funded by identifying gaps in services/funding, writing grant proposals, and reporting on grants as required.
- Manages grant funding and spending according to funders’ requirements.
- This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services at the Center for Hope.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience with grant management
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience with managing a team
- Domestic violence knowledge/experience REQUIRED
- In office position
