Position Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Strategy and Measurement will be an integral role in the Global Brand & Communications (GB&C) department. The role will be responsible for supporting the creation of integrated marketing and communication strategies that deliver on business goals, align with Liberty Mutual's strategic objectives, inspire employees and engage prospective talent. This role requires a strong strategic and analytical mindset, a natural curiosity for sourcing insights that influence outcomes, strong project management, measurement and reporting skills and integrated and cross-functional team experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and measurement of integrated marketing and communication strategies tailored to Liberty Mutual's leaders, business units and functions that drive forward business objectives, build and protect our brand and inspire employees to live our purpose.
  • Collaborate with GB&C teams including Brand, Enterprise Communications, Talent Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Integrated Marketing Programs, Meeting Management & Event Strategy and Enterprise Creative to ensure a high standard of quality and alignment across all strategies
  • Identify, source, organize and analyze data from key partners and external sources to uncover insights that help inform marketing and communication strategies
  • Support the ongoing measurement of the effectiveness of integrated marketing and communication strategies
  • Measure the impact of integrated marketing and communication strategies and tactics in partnership with cross-functional team members using quantitative and qualitative metrics to demonstrate value
  • Partner closely with the talent analytics team to better measure communication tactics and demonstrate delivery of business value relative to objectives
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, facilitating key stakeholder and team meetings needed for input and driving consistency across deliverables
  • Build strong relationships with business partners to form an ongoing, deep understanding of Liberty's strategic business units and functions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical role
  • Proven experience managing complex projects
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and navigate cross-functional organizations
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills, with the ability to connect organizational goals to individual function and business unit objectives
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a natural curiosity to dig deeper and uncover insights
  • Curiosity to seek out new information, trends, and techniques with the goal of improving outcomes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Interest in using GenAI to support daily work
