The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Description
Under limited supervision, sets up, operates and maintains various types of production equipment to include printers and inserters. Accountable for adhering to strict quality standards. Ensures production quotas are met. Performs audit controls, reviewing output for thoroughness and accuracy.

This position requires working onsite. The scheduled shift for this role is the 2nd shift, specifically from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to production plan estimates.
- Accurately estimates time to complete work and efficiently manages workload.
- Maintains record of work performed, records and report result, escalates work issues to next level.
- Identifies and solves moderately complex equipment and production problems and produces accurate documentation and/or escalates the issue.
- Reviews output for thoroughness and accuracy, check supplies for quality, performs audit procedures and follows QC guidelines.
- Meet production quotas and adjusts schedules and/or workloads to meet production quotas.
- Makes recommendations for expense reductions and follows established expense controls and works with team to maximize savings while meeting SLA`s.
- Participates in and provides feedback testing of new apps, supplies and equipment.
- Assists less experienced members of the team with production and equipment issue resolutions.
- High School diploma or GED 2 to 4 years of related experience
- Must have a solid knowledge of most of the print and insert equipment, jobs, and processes
- General knowledge of quality control concepts
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Works effectively with others and is a team player
- Organizational and planning skills
- Consistently demonstrates respectful, inclusive and courteous behaviors
