Director, Planning & Analysis

Today Boston, MA

Description
This position will offer a hybrid work model out of our Boston, MA office

About the role:

Join Corporate FP&A to lead Consolidated FP&A-the team responsible for enterprise planning, forecasting, consolidated results, and executive-ready insights. You'll set the planning calendar and targets, orchestrate monthly results, and elevate decision quality for the CFO, CEO, ELT, and Board through collaboration across business units and other core finance functions. You'll also modernize our near and long-term planning & reporting ecosystem (Anaplan, Power BI, SAP S4 Hana, Essbase) and the financial controls that support it. This is a high‑visibility, impact‑oriented role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and storytelling.

What you'll do:

  • Own the enterprise planning & forecasting cadence across business units and shared services (targets, calendar, governance).
  • Develop long‑range outlooks and scenario analyses that inform strategy, capital allocation, and risk appetite.
  • Standardize planning assumptions, drivers, and definitions to improve comparability and decision speed.
