About the Role: Join Liberty Mutual's Early Talent Acquisition & Engagement Programs as an Early Talent Recruiter. You'll drive full lifecycle recruitment, build relationships with universities and professional associations, and create engaging recruitment events. Collaborate with recruiters and program managers to streamline onboarding and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute on-campus events to promote Liberty Mutual and our opportunities.
  • Travel up to 50% during peak recruiting seasons, with some evening and weekend commitments.
  • Source and manage a talent pipeline for internships and entry-level positions.
  • Guide candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Partner with the Intern Program Manager and business partners to execute internship programming.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a national, multi-location setting.
  • Expertise in sourcing, event planning, selection processes, and candidate management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proactive sourcing techniques and tech-savvy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn, Handshake).
Note: You will be required to go into the office twice a week if you reside within a 50-mile radius of our office in Boston, MA. Please note that this policy is subject to change

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
