The Analyst Development Program (ADP) helps aspiring graduates (like you!) develop a broad knowledge base through a curated training curriculum , an established mentorship program , and rotational assignments tailored to your development al goals . Qualifications
What you've got:

• • You have 0-2 years of related professional experience.
  • You hold, or will be completing, a B achelor's degree in Economics , Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics , Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills that fuel your passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
  • You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • You have experience with or a strong desire to learn technical programs, including the MS Office suite specifically Excel, and have some knowledge of SAS Database Managment tools such as SAS , Visualization tools such as Power BI, as well as R, Python, Power BI and/or SQL.
  • You must have permanent work authorization in the United States .
