Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne empathique et communicative pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestionnaires sinistres. Si vous avez de l'expérience en service client et une véritable passion pour aider les autres, vous allez adorer cette opportunité.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestionnaires sinistres de Lemonade pour gérer les sinistres et défier les attentes des clients en cours de route. Avec un état d'esprit axé sur le client, vous serez responsable du traitement de différents sinistres.
Dans ce poste, vous devrez :
- Offrir des expériences étonnamment agréables à nos clients à travers tous nos canaux (courriel, téléphone, etc.)
- Enquêter et gérer les sinistres complexes du début à la fin
- Organiser et hiérarchiser les tâches quotidiennes afin de répondre aux questions liées aux sinistres
- Travailler en collaboration avec les parties prenantes de la souscription (Underwriting) et des produits d'assurance sur la mise en place de nouvelles gammes de produits
- Coacher des collègues juniors et travailler avec le management pour aider à façonner les processus
Ce dont vous aurez besoin :
- Minimum de 4+ ans d'expérience dans le traitement des sinistres, de préférence dans l'habitation
- Désir de travailler dans un environnement de start-up unique, dynamique et rapide
- La capacité d'aborder votre travail avec empathie, patience, efficacité et positivité
