This position offers a front-row seat to develop and refine workflows for systems like WARPATH, DIEE, JASSM EMS, NPW, GETM, and JTT, ensuring our warfighters have the right data at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Perform deep-dive analyses of the targeting process and kill-chain to drive continuous improvement.
- Design concepts and methodologies that integrate wing products-advanced tactics analysis, targeting, and SOF ISR-into Air Force and joint warfighting doctrine.
- Coordinate inputs for the Mission Improvement Program, Tactics Improvement Proposals, and After Action Reports to capture lessons learned.
- Generate analytic reports using the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and its toolset (JTT, NPW).
- Support targeting-related operations, from tactical aircraft sorties to weaponeering assessments.
- Analyze JASSM missile parameters, JEMS operating systems, and weapon-system routing and visualization capabilities.
- Track 363 ISRG targeting requirements, recommend process optimizations, and collaborate with unit production managers to visualize data for decision makers.
- Represent the 363 ISRG at service and joint automation forums, briefing leadership on critical issues and emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of related experience OR a Master's degree and 10 years of related experience. Additional years of experience and advanced certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience conducting targeting-related analysis, with recent experience in the past two years.
- In-depth understanding of joint targeting doctrine, processes, and kill-chain dynamics.
- Extensive USAF Air Operations Center targeting experience, ideally within ACC ISR.
- Hands-on familiarity with JASSM EMS, On Target, JTT, NPW, and related SOPs.
- Proficiency with MIDB and integrated tools.
- Solid knowledge of NTM imaging systems and GETM workflows.
- Established track record supporting the Intelligence Community and ACC ISR enterprise.
- Exceptional presentation, organization, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- Current TS/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated experience conducting targeting-related analysis, with recent experience in the past two years.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
