Leidos Is Hiring: Mid-Level Targeting Analyst - Shape Strategy, Influence Outcomes
Are you ready to make a global impact from behind the scenes? Leidos is looking for a Mid-Level Targeting Analyst to join a critical mission at the heart of defense intelligence-supporting a Combatant Command (CCMD) at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).
What You'll Do
In this pivotal role, you'll:
- Lead all-source targeting analysis to support both lethal and non-lethal operations.
- Translate intelligence into real-world action-developing, refining, and managing target data that informs senior decision-makers.
- Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) and deliver actionable target graphics.
- Shape targeting policies by editing and advising on DoD and USCENTCOM procedures.
- Champion target system analysis (TSA) and brief leadership across military decision-making boards.
- Train others, influence operations, and stay on the cutting edge of target development and prioritization.

What You Bring
- Top Secret / SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
- U.S. Citizenship (Required)
- Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience, including recent exposure to targeting functions.
- Deep knowledge of DoD, CJCS targeting frameworks, and practical CDE experience.
- Bonus points if you've supported CCMD missions directly-your insights matter here.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
