The Leidos National Security Sector is proud to support the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) in strengthening national defense across the Indo-Pacific region. We're seeking an experienced C5ISRO Systems Engineer to join our elite team. This is a rare opportunity to work on mission-critical systems that directly impact global security, while collaborating with top-tier professionals in some of the most dynamic operational environments in the world.
🛠️ What You'll Do
As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a vital role in designing, integrating, and maintaining advanced C5ISR JWICS capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing C5ISR system architectures
- Creating integration and implementation plans and schedules
- Evaluating COTS/GOTS hardware and software for mission alignment
- Monitoring project progress and presenting milestone reports to stakeholders
- Supporting installation, testing, administration, and maintenance of systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing networks and existing infrastructure
- Upgrading and deploying new C5ISRO architectures as directed by government leadership
- Coordinating with PACAF PA-ESC and Theater-wide System Engineers to implement solutions across multiple sites
🧠 What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Additional Certifications will also be considered in lieu of degree
- 4+ years of experience in C4I systems engineering
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required on day one)
- DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II - Security+ certification
- Experience configuring network devices
- Good knowledge of network protocols, Windows, Linux, and UNIX
- Familiarity with DoD Information Security policies (COMPUSEC, INFOSEC, multi-level security)
- Understanding of military operations and Air Force intelligence systems (e.g., GALE, GCCS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments: Server 2003/2007/2012, VMWare, Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint
- Excellent communication, customer service, and project management skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Experience with VM Ware and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
