Strategic Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Description

The Strategic Regulatory Compliance team currently has an opening for an Analyst. The ideal candidate would be an individual contributor who is technologically savvy and focused on performing various audit support-type activities. Previous audit experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, persistence, and communication are required. This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to multiple functional areas and in-depth insights into the corporate financial structure and regulatory matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Center Monthly Variance Report and planning processes
  • Perform internal self-assessments
  • Support external audits by retrieving various documentation
  • Support AI/automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations, internal controls, and policies and procedures
  • Other duties, as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivots, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and concatenate functions.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
  • Working knowledge of Government Contracting
  • Well-developed analytical and research abilities
  • Strong and effective communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Able to work as part of a team and effectively interact with colleagues and Company employees across all functions and levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related major is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Leidos systems, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with Costpoint, Deltek, Cognos, Workday, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Power BI.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
