Leidos is seeking an experienced Staffing Manager to support a large, mission-critical classified program within the Mission Solutions Business Area of the National Security Sector. Reporting into the Director of Staffing and working closely with PMO leadership, this role will oversee staffing execution across a large cleared workforce while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, contract obligations, and security considerations.

The Staffing Manager will play a critical role in coordinating personnel assignments and onboarding activities for a dynamic program within the Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in staffing management, workforce coordination, and an understanding of security processes (PERSEC/clearance requirements) that impact staffing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day staffing function for the program, managing personnel movements, assignments, and requirements fulfillment.
  • Partner with the Director of Staffing to forecast workforce needs, track staffing pipelines, and ensure timely fulfillment of labor categories.
  • Oversee onboarding and workforce readiness, ensuring staff are cleared, trained, and aligned to mission priorities.
  • Collaborate with the security team and customer security officers to manage clearance timelines, reinvestigations, and PERSEC requirements.
  • Maintain accurate staffing data, reports, and dashboards; provide updates to PMO leadership and customer stakeholders.
  • Support subcontractor staffing coordination, ensuring compliance with customer and contract requirements.
  • Partner with Workforce Managers to align staffing decisions with program operations and workforce priorities.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or challenges in staffing pipelines and propose proactive solutions.
  • Support staffing process improvements, integrating best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of accountability, security awareness, and workforce readiness across the program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or master's and 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing supporting large, cleared workforces.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • MUST possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Staffing Manager or HR Business Partner on an Intelligence Community program.
  • Familiarity with IC labor categories, clearance tracking systems, and onboarding requirements.
  • Experience managing subcontractor staffing in a classified environment.
  • Background in security or personnel security

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
