Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared ServiceNow Developer to support an enterprise IT program. Our client requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used by the client's organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer who can hit the ground running with minimal spin up time.

Our client provides development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyze and manipulate data. The team requires specialized software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used by the client's organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics.

In this role you will work within a team to:

  • Implement configuration and customization of the platform to address the business needs of the client's organization,
  • Assist the client in establishing governance and change management.
  • Implement the full software development lifecycle to support the development of custom workflows in the ServiceNow platform to support the client's ServiceNow business needs,
  • Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet mission requirements,
  • Provide system administration and O&M for the ServiceNow front-end,
  • Define data tables and business logic in the ServiceNow platform,
  • Provide administration of ServiceNow user roles, groups and permissions,
  • Support data transformation activities to load information into the ServiceNow platform,
  • Manage the migration of update sets to sub-prod and prod environments, troubleshoot production problems related to the ServiceNow platform, and provide ServiceNow integration support with external systems and data sources,
  • Provide development support to applications that will interface with the ServiceNow platform to ensure a seamless integration and work with a team to develop and deploy custom workflows, including the client's project manager, systems engineer(s), system architect(s) and system integrator(s),
  • Follow an agile software development methodology for planning, implementing and delivering ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated experience with web-based technologies, such as XML, HTML, or CSS.
  • Demonstrated experience with relational databases.
  • Demonstrated experience with the implementation and customization of ServiceNow modules.
  • Demonstrated experience modifying ServiceNow tables.
  • Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow business rules and scripting aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrated experience performing administration duties in ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting problems in ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated experience providing integration and development support.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Demonstrated experience using the client's ServiceNow Platform.
  • Demonstrated experience developing custom workflows in ServiceNow.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Developer.

The posted salary range is based on Leidos job code architecture and does not reflect individual program/contract budgets. The program may have the ability to offer a higher salary for fully cleared candidates who meet the position's posted requirements.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
