In this rapidly evolving world, Leidos is always looking for new ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. We're seeking experienced software development professionals who can bring creative ideas to rapidly solve challenging problems. The ability to be adaptable, inquisitive, collaborative, and work with a sense of urgency in a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.

You will work as an integral part of an Agile/ DevSecOps team - a highly productive, collaborative team that thrives on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives through innovation and AI-enabled agile software development. You will work in close collaboration with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for protecting public health.

We are seeking to fill the following roles, contingent upon contract award.

Service Desk roles - Journeyman, Junior and Senior levels

Minimum qualifications will vary by level.

At minimum all candidates MUST:

Be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Be local to the DC metro area for hybrid/onsite work

Have a minimum of a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Some levels may require a Bachelor's Degree and related experience.

Experience with Service Desk tools here required: ServiceNow, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving incoming service desk IT tickets remotely via email and phone, or at the office.
  • Prioritizing and resolving tickets and escalating high priority issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking and Managing SLAs for complex IT applications.
  • Work with various internal and external parties on the service desk dealing with incidents and requests in a complex environment with multiple partners operating in 2nd and 3rd support tiers.
  • Make recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems.
  • Write coherent, concise, and Knowledge based articles.
  • Work under pressure and to deadlines, with a flexible and pragmatic approach.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $34,450.00 - $62,275.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
