Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer/Tech SIGINT Analyst to join our team in Columbia, Maryland. The position is part of a team that provides software development support for an organization that is tasked with dissemination of data to various customers within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for TechSIGINT applications.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure alignment with mission objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to translate mission needs into actionable system requirements.
• Develop automated tests using tools like Cypress, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, and Java.
• Perform UI, accessibility, regression, and integration testing across multiple environments.
• Engage with the analyst community to demonstrate functionality, gather feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
• Manage project artifacts and define test strategies for future capabilities.
• Advocate for enhancements that improve performance and usability in real-world scenarios.

Minimum requirements include:

• 12+ years of SIGINT, Signals Analysis, or related Engineering experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
• 10 years of TechSIGINT or directly related SIGINT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (may substitute for 4 years of experience).
• 8+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in similar scope and complexity.
• Experience with at least one legacy TechSIGINT application (e.g., MARTES, CATS, DEL, REDHAWK, ESP, etc.).
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (Cypress, Eclipse, Java, VS Code).
• Familiarity with GIT for version control.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
