Job Summary:
Step into the Frontlines of Innovation. We're seeking a seasoned Test Engineer (Level III TE-3) to support a high-stakes mission-critical program for the Warfighter. This position demands sharp technical expertise, sound judgment, and a passion for making systems stronger, smarter, and more reliable. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive test strategies based on system requirements, acquisition plans, and concept of operations documents.
- Leading system-level test planning, data collection, and analysis, and preparing authoritative evaluation reports and test documentation.
- Designing and validating modeling and simulation tools tailored to T&E performance analysis and test execution.
- Synchronizing testing activities with program acquisition and decision timelines, ensuring readiness and alignment with stakeholders' needs.
- Analyzing performance and risk, applying statistical methods to guide T&E focus and evaluate operational outcomes.
- Managing test instrumentation, tools, and data management infrastructure, including configuration and authentication controls.
- Collaborating with systems engineering and participating in T&E working groups to align on test objectives, risk assessments, and technical strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in test engineering for programs of similar scope and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Math, Engineering, Science, etc.). 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Desired Qualifications:
- Test automation expertise
Familiarity with continuous integration and automated test tools - Experience with CAMEO (preferred but not required)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
