Your Main Mission:

The Senior Security Analyst will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals on the Leidos on-site support team. The Senior Security Analyst will provide cyber support to a variety of engineering projects, involving research & development, prototyping, integration, test and evaluation, cross domain solutions, and software development.

  • Leads a team of other cybersecurity professionals
  • Reviews and approves all cybersecurity program deliverables
  • Communicates program cybersecurity to program leadership
  • Interacts with other engineering and program leads to deliver cross functional projects

What Sets You Apart:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Top Secret clearance eligible for access to SCI and a Counterintelligence polygraph
  • Professionally recognized cybersecurity certification in a DoD Directive 8140
  • Experience with cross domain solutions (CDS) to include: supporting CDS research and development teams building new technology; supporting DoD programs with CDS needs; authoring CDS documentation such as the cross domain appendix (CDA) and site test and evaluation (ST&E) plans; conducting CDS Risk Assessments in support of the Army.
  • Program management and leadership and a background in Risk Decision Authority Criteria (RDAC) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Completed training compliant with CDS Raise the Bar (RTB) and documented experience supporting RTB projects.
  • Documented experience supporting CDS R&D projects that were RTB compliant.

You Might Also Have:

  • Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting Army and NSA customers
  • Experience developing policies and procedures for new program startup

Clearance Required:

  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance eligible for access to SCI and Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph or ability to obtain CI polygraph by contract start

Pay Range:

Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
