In this role, you'll be responsible for external job advertising, relationship management with Recruitment Marketing vendors, external career site, support integrations with external vendors and Workday, and you'll manage all related analytics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting with an understanding of the practice of recruitment as well as compliance with OFCCP, privacy and security standards. You'll also bring some recruitment marketing experience, vendor relationship management experience and knowledge of Candidate Relationship Management tools. An analytical approach to leadership is a critical success factor in this role, as well as a strong understanding of budget management with a focus on optimizing goal of balancing effectiveness with cost.

Responsibilities
- Vendor relationship management for all external job posting partners
- Relationship management for CRM platform
- Vendor management for career site platform, related reporting and analytics functions
- Manage integrations between ATS and CRM
- Active engagement with external partners to optimize and maximize recruitment expenditures
- Manage recruitment advertising budget
- Strong understanding of cost models - per applicant, per click, click through ratios
- Evaluate cost per click vs performance vs overall expenditures
- Balance CPA vs total applicants vs quality of candidate flow
- Partner with Internal Marketing for design and content used in advertising, career site, landing pages
- Partner with internal recruitment teams
- Develop and create landing pages
- Provide guidance for content on jobs, events and landing pages
- Develop and provide training for CRM users of email, SMS messaging, resume search, workflow
- Manage career site and external job board advertising content
- Review and manage recruiter activity for resume search and CRM usage
- Continuously present and evaluate new opportunities for cutting-edge recruitment technology
- Talent Acquisition reporting and audits for internal process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience (additional experience, education or training may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Qualified candidates should have strong experience with Workday as well as Talemetry, or a similar CRM tool
- Working knowledge of recruitment systems functionality
- Understanding of recruitment process and procedures
- Understanding of OFCCP, EEO and related regulations, compliance requirements and privacy / security concerns
- Understanding of AI regulation and compliance requirements
- Some knowledge of HTML is helpful but not required
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize job advertising data and opportunities
- Previous experience managing budgets
- Strong reporting and analytical experience and skills
- Strong negotiation skills

Pay Range:
Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
