Leidos is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support the Navy's Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactical Training Ranges (AEWTTR) mission in Ridgecrest, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in quality assurance to support the design, modification, and maintenance of ground radar and associated devices for Electronic Warfare (EW) training systems.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of EW threat simulation systems that help train the most capable Navy aircrews in the world.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AEWTTR Quality Management Systems, processes, and documentation
- Conduct internal audits and distribute findings
- Manage corrective and preventive actions using Leidos tools
- Review deliverables for quality compliance before customer submission
- Oversee receiving and inspection processes for incoming materials
- Witness and document QA testing, inspections, FATs, and SATs
- Perform in-process and final inspections, ensuring documentation and testing compliance
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders
- Operate specialized tools and test equipment for inspections
- Identify non-conforming materials and support root cause analysis
- Verify rework and repairs meet standards
- Audit calibration status of equipment and maintain records
- Support internal/external audits and inventory inspections
- Ensure OSHA and local safety compliance in warehouse operations
- Audit material handling, packaging, labeling, and traceability
- Communicate quality issues across teams and support continuous improvement
- Conduct environmental and safety compliance audits
- Provide input on quality milestones and support risk management planning
- Track and analyze QA metrics and trends
- Establish documentation procedures and train team members

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience (or 8 years of experience without a degree)
- Must have experience working with Quality Management Systems and Quality Control
- Active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain that security clearance
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 Quality Management Systems
- Active DoD Secret clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
