Position Overview: The Mid-Level Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple, simultaneous projects within the GSM-O II contract supporting DISA. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while adhering to Agile methodologies and relevant policies. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving delivery of high-quality results for the Defense Information System Network (DISN) and DOD Information Network (DODIN).
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Define and document project team roles, responsibilities, and authorities, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project operations, communications, and reporting for the Program Director and Deputy Program Manager.
- Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Facilitate Product Owner Synchronization meetings to align priorities and clarify requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on project action items, ensuring timely completion and communication of progress.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues or obstacles in a timely and effective manner.
- Support process improvements, including identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to streamline project execution.
- Oversee and manage project artifacts, documentation, and deliverables, including CDRLs, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and delays.
- Support project budget management and financial tracking to ensure compliance with commitments.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and leadership.
- Ensure project tasks are completed in compliance with company and customer policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support staffing actions, onboarding, and coordination with managers on staffing plans.
- Compile and generate data for presentations and status updates using project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Basic Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting project management in a technical or IT environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
