We're seeking Expressions of Interest from Project Managers and Project Coordinators to support the delivery of advanced defence technology solutions within our Land and Sea Systems business. These roles will focus all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance in alignment with Defence framework.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

We're excited to offer new opportunities to contribute to significant Australian Defence initiatives that protect and enhance the Australian way of life. Our programs take a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to integrating advanced capabilities and responding to emerging challenges that matter.

As Project Manager or coordinator, you'll play a central role in bringing our programs to life-leading a diverse team and working closely with Defence, industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across cost, schedule, and capability.

  • This is a role where your leadership, strategic thinking, and people skills will make a real difference. Leading all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance in alignment with Defence frameworks.
  • Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams including engineering, logistics, security, and systems integration.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Defence (CASG, ADF) and industry to support program success.
  • Overseeing contracts, reporting, milestones, and compliance with Defence capability and acquisition standards.

What You'll Bring to Make an Impact

You're someone who enjoys working with purpose and building trusted partnerships. You bring a balanced mix of structure and adaptability, and you value clarity, collaboration, and progress.

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or certification in Business, Project Management, Procurement and/or Defence-related fields.
  • Experience managing complex Defence programs within the Land and Maritime domains.
  • Comprehensive experience and understanding of project management tools, risks management, project scheduling.
  • A sound understanding of Defence Procurement and delivery frameworks such as ASDEFCON.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first approach to stakeholder engagement.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance and be able to uplift to NV-1 level clearance.
