The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead the Database and Replication Program for the U.S. Department of State. This role serves as the primary interface between the contractor and the government, overseeing all aspects of project status, tasking, risk management, coordination, staffing, scheduling, and issue resolution.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall execution and success of the contract-providing leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day oversight for all contractor personnel. This includes ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and collaborative, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, providing regular updates on project status, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead, manage, and guide all contractor personnel assigned to the program.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Program Management Plan aligned with Leidos and customer requirements.
- Oversee cost, schedule, performance, and risk to ensure successful program delivery
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all contract deliverables, including CDRLs, financial reports, and ad hoc data calls.
- Maintain high staff retention through strong team management and a positive working culture
- Lead or participate in program and iterative reviews; ensure clear and timely communication of technical and programmatic information.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or a master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
- At least 8+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or managing complex projects
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Proven success managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Desired Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in risk management, Agile management, scheduling, ITIL, or earned value management (EVM).
- Experience supporting the U.S. Department of State.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
