Position Overview
Leidos is seeking a Program Execution Analyst to support the High Fidelity Simulation (HFS) Portfolio under a Department of Defense (DoD) contract. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of program objectives, tracking deliverables, and driving process improvements across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence complex projects and processes. This role involves managing multiple projects and processes spanning professional areas, with significant impact on program execution. The Program Execution Analyst will work to improve processes, resolve complex issues, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Execution Analyst will coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals while communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track technical and financial status, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), Actuals to Date (ATD), and Estimate to Complete (ETC).
• Generate Progress, Status, and Management Reports to provide comprehensive updates on program execution.
• Monitor and report program progress and risk areas.
• Integrated Product Team (IPT) Support:
• Participate in IPTs to integrate schedule and performance data, providing detailed insight into managerial and technical aspects.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel to ensure effective collaboration across technical teams.
• Process Improvement and Analysis:
• Assist tracking and follow-through on program management action items.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
• Research best practices and collect process data to enhance safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement enhancements to business processes to drive efficiency and performance.

Required Education

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Experience

Citizenship:

  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. Government granted security clearance. Interim Secret security clearance required to begin employment.

Experience:

  • Must have 8-12 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's or 6-10 years of relevant experience with Master's.
  • Must have demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, project planning, and risk analysis.
  • Must be experienced with task tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Must have familiarity with DoD contracts and program management processes.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and requirements analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

Desired Experience

  • Active-duty Navy ASW tactical experience
  • Experience supporting Navy fleet training systems or similar DoD programs.
  • Knowledge of synthetic signature generation (SSG) systems and combat system training capabilities.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and cost/schedule performance metrics.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
