Description
Join our team to lead the transition to CyberArk for Privileged Access Management (PAM) across the Defense Enclave Services program. You'll design and implement secure PAM solutions, ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, and support RMF-related documentation and audits. This role also includes supervising a small team. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days/week on-site at Ft Meade. Anticipated salary for this position is $160K-$180K depending on relevant experience, skills, and certifications/education. Join Leidos and help modernize defense IT systems with real mission impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CyberArk implementation and integration efforts
- Develop secure PAM architectures and procedures
- Align solutions with DoD RMF and NIST cybersecurity standards
- Support audits, accreditation efforts, and compliance activities
- Collaborate across teams to strengthen access control systems
- Manage personnel and performance for small team

Basic Qualifications:
- DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, relevant work experience, and/or military service
- Current DoD IAT Level II certification (such as Security+, etc)
- Experience with PAM architectures/solutions
Nice to Have:
- CyberArk Sentry or Guardian certification
- Experience with DISA environments or Fourth Estate Agencies
- Background leading technical teams
- Advanced degree in cybersecurity or related field

Pay Range:
Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
