With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

LDS' Dayton Office is seeking Electrical Engineers with interest or experience in the modeling, simulation, and/or analysis of electronic warfare systems, radars (ground-based or airborne), missile & aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors. Applicant will use good people skills and strong technical interests/capabilities to work with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists solving challenging technical questions about highly complex systems. Candidate will perform and provide technical management on a variety of tasks.

The majority of the work involves supporting the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community (NASIC, MSIC, NGIC, ONI) and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Sensors Directorate. This challenging position will require a diverse set of technical and task management skills and will allow for the opportunity to contribute immediately to important, meaningful work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an ABET accredited school in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant engineering experience or 10+ years of relevant work history with a relevant MS degree
  • Must have experience in the modeling, simulation, and/or analysis of electronic warfare systems, radars (ground-based or airborne), missile & aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors.
  • Applicant must have good people skills and the desire to work with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists.

Candidate must be a resident of the Dayton, OH area or be willing to relocate to the Dayton, OH area.

Desired Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of radar, electronic warfare (EW), Digital Signal Processing (DSP), SIGINT, C++, MATLAB/Simulink/HDL Coder, and FPGA hardware preferred.
  • Specific experience with TMAP and/or ITASE modeling is also a plus.

Security Requirements:

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Final Top Secret Clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
