The Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a PostgreSQL Database Administrator to work in Woodlawn, MD
This position requires onsite work in Woodlawn, MD five days a week.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Administration of PostgreSQL databases throughout the development and production lifecycles in a AWS environment.
- Design and develop logical and physical database designs from customer requirements.
- Provide advice and support to development resources.
- Provide guidance in the creation and modification of standards and procedures.
- Supporting the standing standards, policies, and procedures of the customer team.
- Provide mentorship to group members and will be expected to help develop and support mid and junior level staff.
- May be scheduled for after hours on-call support and will be required to apply production packages during non-peak hours.
- All other duties as assigned or directed.

Education & Qualifications:
- Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in a training-related field OR Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in a training-related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
