Leidos Digital Modernization Sector has an immediate opportunity for a Partnership Director. The preferred work location is Reston, VA; however, this opportunity will be able to support hybrid remote work with some expected frequent travel to Reston, VA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Partnership Director will lead the execution of Go-To-Market plans and collaboration agreements between Leidos and select strategic partners. You will rely on your project management experiences, communication skills, and personal initiative to drive success and value through these agreements. This is a position with clear focus but evolving processes as Leidos grows this capability for itself. This position will provide the selected candidate an opportunity to have a significant impact on the sector's success. Our Partnership Directors work directly with our evolving technology Practices, Global Supply organization, Business Areas, Growth leaders, and CTO team to grow and manage partner relationships. This role will play a direct part in achieving sector strategic goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive established collaboration agreements and go-to-market plans to achieve intended value.
- Implement project management techniques in risk management, scheduling, and dependency impacts to guide execution of agreements and associated project plans.
- Manage ongoing relations with partners in association with the Supplier Relations team.
- Monitor and maintain certification, training, and spend requirements to hold and/or raise positioning within partner programs.
- Serve as the Primary POC within Digital Modernization for relations with assigned partners and agreements.
- Maintain metrics to validate adherence to partnership agreements and the realization of associated business cases.
- Guide and assist in the creation of go-to-market plans for future partners.
- Lead the development and optimization of partner related processes and tools.
- Engage Practices, Business Areas, and Technical teams regarding their needs from the partners.
- Lead connection of development efforts with GTM plans for "productization" of capabilities.
- Maintain product management responsibilities for development efforts, as required.
BASIC QAULIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to balance and prioritize across multiple projects, multiple contacts, and expedited timelines within assigned budgets.
- Strong communication skills in all formats.
- Experience in relationship building and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of modern technologies in Cloud and Data Centers, Networking, Cyber Security, Digital Experience, Application Modernization, and Data Solutions.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and drive productization of services and capabilities.
- Experience in developing, and executing to, business cases.
- Experience briefing and/or producing status updates for executive level presentations and external customers.
- Ability to take the initiative.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with strategic agreements between companies.
- Technology skills in cyber security, AI/ML, end user experiences, and/or infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in assessing like-technologies and products.
- Experience in developing managed service offerings.
- Strong familiarity with AWS; familiarity with Azure and/or GCP.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
