Primary Responsibilities
• Leads Electronics Test & Analytics team comprised of Test Engineers & Technicians as well as Data Analytics & MES section
• Oversees test equipment utilization and ensures a sufficient capacity plan for program execution
• Leads teams of Test Engineers, technicians, and Analytics to determine systematic solutions for new and existing problems
• Candidate will have direct involvement with NPI as well as improving existing Electronics Test efficiencies and yields
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to evaluate product designs for DFT (design for test)
• Lead continuous improvements projects driving test automation and standardization
• Lead equipment and other capital investment plans for test equipment to meet capacity and technology requirements
• Establish and monitor test yield KPIs
• Lead process improvement efforts regarding MES (manufacturing execution system) to support production and site KPIs

Basic Qualifications
• Position requires BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain
• Must possess or meet the eligibility to obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance
• Previous experience working in electronics manufacturing test development
• Experience with LabView and/or other forms of Electrical Test Automation

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with electronics used on launch vehicles, targets, or missile components such as PCBAs or electro-mechanical assemblies
• Experience working in a mid to high volume manufacturing environment with a focus on test automation
• Familiarity of database structures with use of PowerBI
• Previous experience working with MES systems
• Ability to provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, Basis of Estimate (BOE) documents, and other information to support test portion of proposals
• Familiarity with Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) chambers and operation

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
